5 pouches Alpine Original Spiced Cider Mix
2 pints vanilla ice cream
1, 10-inch prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Place ice cream in large bowl and let stand at room temperature until soft. Stir in cider mix. Spread caramel sauce into bottom of graham cracker crust. Spoon apple ice cream over caramel sauce in crust. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce, if desired.
